Points to note to get your KYC approved:

  • Your name and date of birth should match with the documents provided.
  • Your address must be same as mentioned in your Aadhaar/Passbook.

Withdrawals will be processed to the account which is active as well as approved.

  • First page of e-statement mentioning YOUR NAME, YOUR ADDRESS and BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER, OR
  • Pic of Passbook clearly mentioning YOUR NAME and BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER
  • Your name must be same as mentioned in your bank records.
  • Do not enter someone else's bank details. In case of discrepancies, we reserve the rights to block your account.
  • Accepted format of documents are jpg, png, jpeg, pdf and maximum size is of 5 mb.

In order to use 2FA, scan the QR code to the right into the Google Authenticator app on your phone, or enter the 16-digit key that appears under the QR code. Input the six-digit code provided by the Google Authenticator app and your account password below, then click "Enable 2FA".
